UK BUSINESS PRESENCE FOR OVERSEA COMPANIES

Companies registered outside the United Kingdom, but transact business with UK companies, can have a business presence in the UK even when the directors are not resident in the UK. This is done by incorporating a UK limited company to act on behalf of your oversea company. You will be in control of the affairs of the company, including it's finance and bank accounts.

This will make a big difference to the way your business is run, and to the terms and conditions that will be applicable when dealing with your UK clients and customers. This is particularlly suitable for all import-export businesses, contractors, retailers, suppliers, manufacturers and many other businesses having a stake in the UK economy.

There are two ways this can be done:

  1. Incorporate a UK company to run your business affairs (separate legal entity independent of your oversea company).
  2. Register a UK branch of your oversea company. In this case, you will need a sole administrator in the UK to act on your behalf.

TOP SERVICE Consulting can form a UK company for you, act as your company secretary and provide a London registered address.

In the case of a UK branch of an oversea company, we can also act as the sole administrator of your UK branch.

We will arrange and open bank accounts on your behalf, which shall be operated solely by you. We will act in administartive capacity only.
